Cindy Ksiazek – Northern California Regional CoordinatorRedding, Shasta County, CA My name is Cindy Ksiazek and I am the new NorCal Representative. I have played handbells since I was 16 and have attended an International Symposium, a national conference and many Area 12 conferences. I am a member of the Carillons handbell choir in Redding, CA. We host the Redding Handbell Festival each year in October. As part of the Carillons bell choir, I helped to start a bell choir in Wittenberg, Germany. I am a Food Service Director for an elementary school district in Redding and have a passion for being sure that our students always have a great nutritious meal for breakfast and lunch every day.
