Membership

Membership in Handbell Musicians of America offers individuals many resources and opportunities to grow and improve their handbell skills, as well as limitless opportunities to network with other handbell musicians.

In Area 12, members have access to a local Regional Coordinator who can assist in mentoring or connecting ringers or directors in areas of need. The Regional Coordinator also helps keep members connected to the local handbell community by hosting or announcing events and concerts, ensuring members’ items of interest are posted in the e-newsletter or on the web site (per posting guidelines), and generally knowing what’s going on with handbells in their local region.

At the national level, a comprehensive set of online and interactive resources is available to the membership. In addition, the “My Membership Rewards” program provides periodic specials and discounts for Guild music, merchandise and events.

Some key benefits of membership:

  • Mentorship
  • Local Workshops and Spring Rings
  • Online Resources
